By accessing and using Ventio Trade, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The platform provides algorithmic trading tools for BTC positions on Polymarket.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use trading platforms in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws.

Risk Disclosure. All trading involves risk. Automated trading does not guarantee profits. You may lose part or all of your deposited funds. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and wallet addresses. Ventio Trade is not liable for losses due to unauthorized access.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours. Network fees are deducted from the withdrawal amount. You are responsible for providing a correct ERC-20 wallet address.

Modifications. Ventio Trade reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Common Questions

How do I fund my account? Navigate to the Fund section, select your preferred payment method (Apple Pay or Credit/Debit Card), enter an amount ($50 minimum), and confirm the transaction. For card payments, enter your card number, expiry date, and CVV.

How long do withdrawals take? Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours. The USDT will be sent to your specified ERC-20 Ethereum wallet address.

Can I pause the trading bot? Yes. Go to the Dashboard section and toggle the Auto-Trader Status switch to pause or resume trading.

What is the minimum deposit? The minimum deposit is $50 USD. There is no maximum deposit limit.

Is there a fee? Ventio Trade charges no platform fees. Network fees for withdrawals (~$2.40 for ERC-20 USDT) are the only cost.
